I use Total Commander ->http://www.ghisler.com/pocketpc.htm or you could use ActiveSync (think ActiveSync would work). But Total Commander is the best bet. It's a File Explorer that allows you to overwrite files.

Yep. I figured that would happen. Put this in your \Windows directory as well.
