Anyone who has modified their today screen....

...how long has it been modified? What did you use to modify it? Have you had any issues with phone not functioning properly after you did this?

I'm wanting to make mine a little more "me" and I don't want to add too much to my phone to make it not work properly.

I've had my HTC Home plugin modified since day 1 using HHC. No problems at all.

Only reason I ask is because I know some people are adding 3rd party apps and they are creating problems for the main operation of the phone. I don't want to have to do a hard reset.

I installed SPB and it gave me a few problems. Ya know like not answering incoming calls or texts unless the screen was on. Nor did my alarm go off.

I have SPB and it works great, i'm looking into changing my backgrounds, but all the images look junky with the huge clock that sprint's (HTC) standard puts up there

for onedownfuive up,
perhaps remove the app (you probably did) and also go clear out all registry settings that were not removed in hkey\current\user

i had issues w/ slide 2 unlock (S2U2 .86) and after uninstalling it, i found there were still registry keys there, so i blew them away, did a soft reset, reinstalled, and things [knocking on wood] are working swell now

Tspinning, what registry keys (slide 2 unlock (S2U2 .86) were left over that you had to delete & what effects did they have? I have to uninstall this app completely because its conflicting with mRing & the tones Ive selected arent playing because S2U2 .86 takes over the caller id.
