Change programs in quick launcher?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the programs in the quick launcher from the defaults? I even installed a different quicklauncher today plugin, but cannot change the programs on it. I know it will be a regedit, just wondering if anyone knows how to do it. I am very new to doing these edits. Any help is greatly appreciated.

perform a search in the forum for "quick launcher"... you'll have to edit two .XML files in the /windows directory (you can only edit 'em on your desktop and have to copy them back over to your Touch/phone). I don't have the plug-in activated right now, so thats why I can't give you the details.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but if you're referring to the built in launcher accessible from the "today" screen, all you have to do is touch the circle with the "x" in it in the lower right corner of the two rows of 5 icons, then touch the icons you want to dump.

From there touch the now empty box and select you program or menu item from the list.

I think he's referring to the those 5 icons under the HTC home plug in

You are right sj808, I am however thinking about changing my theme now, so I won't have to worry about it. Thanks for the response though. Man, this stuff is addicting! I wish I get job where I got paid to mess around with stuff.
