My personal guess...
I look at how the Touch came to be with Sprint, and I looked at the 6700 and 6800. The touch was released in Europe a good deal before it came over to Sprint. The dual is being released over there as well. Its effectively (From what I've read) a slightly slimmer Touch with a slider. The 6700 was originally out with sprint. It was discontinued and replaced with the 6800 which was effectively a slightly small 6700 with a bit better slider and an updated OS. We also know that apparently there is a newer version of WM6 coming out shortly. As such, my guess would be this. 8-10 months down the line we'll see sprint phase in the Touch Dual, with new OS. Once this happens we'll slowly see them just discontinue the original touch and that's the new model. This is all speculation, but knowing Sprint's history I would imagine its a likely scenario. |

I doubt that the Touch Dual will be coming to Sprint...
I would imagine they'll release a CDMA Tilt before another Touch... but then again, it seems this device is exceeding sales expectations and so Sprint can't keep the damn things in stock. |

Look at the shots of the device.
The added keyboard obviously adds some bulk. I'm too lazy right now to look up the exact dimensions :P |
