I have the 4 sided cube and it works great, THANKS a bunch!

Only one button has a problem for me, and that is the Live Search button, it errors out, syaing the file cannot be opened.

What I need to learn, is how to modify the cube, add my own icons and link them to programs... That would make me most happy. Is all of the above done simply with Reg Edit? Thanks again for all the hard work everyone, it is so nice to have a personalized device!

My icon pak is coming along. It will have my first 6 icons that I made plus 14 more. Each icon will have 6 brn files, so you can place them anywhere on the cube. More info when I release it.

The CAB is in the zip. I suggest redownloading it and try to extract it, becarefull not to open the cab with winrar, just the zip only.

The animations are the tricky part. I use Photoshop. After you make a cube side with your icons you then have to use Transform - Skew to give it the angle effect. It takes some practice to get it down, but you end up making 44 images this way for a 4 sided Cube. The first time I did this I did it all manually, then I needed to change something, but this time I made Photoshop action scripts, to help automate the process, so it doesn't take so long.

I had to update as you suggested, and THEN I have to uninstall and reinstall your program for it to work.

Works like a charm! :D

Does anyone use On Demand that came with the phone vs Live Search? I noticed you did not port that icon, hence why I need to learn how to configure the cube myself... :P

The attached zip file contains two files. CubeMaker.pds and Cube Maker.atn
CubeMAker.pds will give you an idea on how you need to name your Layers and also make sure that none of the layers are visible and the Background
Layer needs to be selected, then you can run the Action script. To load the Cube Make.atn, select the Actions tab, right next to History tab, then click on the >>> looking icon to the right top conner of the Action Palette. The drop down menu will have "Load Actions..." Select my Cube Maker.atn file and it should load it up.

The Action script has 11 Actions. You only run one of two of them. The other scripts are run by these two main actions.

Run "Make Complete Cube Set" to make a 3 sided cube.
Run "Make Complete 4 Cube Set" to make a 4 sided cube.

The animations will be saved in this location, if the action fails, then create this path. All the animations are BMPs, so you will need to use the BrnConvertApp to make brn files.

D:\Documents\Touch Cube\Cube Rotations
