Replacing Start Menu Icon?~?

I forgot where I saw it, but I would like to replace to the START MENU ICON (red, green, blue, yellow) LOL icon w/ the Windows Vista icon....I do not remember where I saw it, but would like to give it a try .............

I like the icon, but would like the word "start" to disappear....we all know the icon is for starting.

I used Vicsoft UI Tweaker (free) to change the taskbar to black, and then RC Mod 2.1 by o3blg (free) to change the text black. No more pesky text in your taskbar.

Wisbar does not play well with the OEM x-button app on my Touch, even if the OEM settings are as 'off' as they allow. Runs for a bit, until I launch pocketoutlook or contacts.
