TouchFlo from landscape, bluetooth volume, missed calls.

I tried searching in multiple ways but can't seem to find anyone talking about this.

Is there a hack out yet for bringing up the TouchFlo interface from landscape mode?

P.S.
My other issues with Touch for which i saw no answers.

#1 It misses calls in full service areas. Just voicemails come up. ( I have no e-mail checking settings installed at all)

#2 Bluetooth volume is very low in my acura tl bluetooth link. Previous phones worked well. (is there a bluetooth volume registry hack?)

volume is fine in my tl, how high do you turn your volume up in the car? i'm usually between 6 - 10, sometimes I have a hard time hearing the other party, that's when I'm turning it up, closer to 20.
