I got it to open File Explorer. Now when I put in the parameter \Games , I get nothing. Can you help on the proper syntax? Thanks

You need to use the full path to the directory. It will depend on where you have it but it will probably be something like:
\Windows\Start Menu\Games or \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games |
