Reminders (w/sound) all others muted while connected to PC?

Perhaps a dumb one here but I have the Sprint Touch and I would like to have my meeting reminders to fire with sound but all phone (calls, txts, vmails, etc) to mute/vibrate while connected via ActiveSync to the PC.

Is this possible? I sure haven't figured it out. I am running phoneAlarm but I can only manage to have all sounds one way or the other-sound or no sound strictly as set by the WM6 Volume settings.
