The easiest thing IMO is vtap. Just go to m.vtap.com and click on the link to download the file and install it. From there, you just go into the program and search for videos. It finds videos from Youtube, Google, Yahoo, and many others.

I'll second you on v.tap. I tried all the other more complicated solutions listed on various sites and with v.tap I searched for a video and withing 20 seconds of installing I was watching things I searched for with ease and well presented. Can't click on links people send but the search function is simple and very well laid out. Give it a try, I think you'll like it.
