Will these housing work for Sprints Touch?

Sprint version is a little bigger than the GSM version. You'd have to check with the insides and see where each component lies.

No. The antenna assembly won't fit...

Not to mention, speaker placement and back camera is a little off.

the front piece would still work right? they also have red and green.

No, the whole shell on the Sprint version is longer, so you'd get a gap if you keep the back plate on and it'll be crooked.
