My horrible Sprint Touch CS experience...

I don't know what went wrong, but holy crap. This is unbelievable. Like everyone else I originally emailed eCare stating I was displeased with my 6800 and would like to swap for the HTC Touch (6900). eCare agrees they will go ahead and swap it. Guy was supposed to order it and send me a return kit. Apparently the original order didn't go through and the second rep placed the order. I email back and confirm the order and find out the lady ordered me another 6800. I tell her this is the wrong phone and would need to get the 6900. She says decline the shipment and she would send out a 6900. Well UPS delivers my package so I email back saying I have it here, please send me a return kit and a 6900. She tells me she can't help me and to call telesales.

Great... just what I need, the roundabout.

I call telesales and finally speak to someone they order the 6900 and I followed back up. Guess what? Apparently the address they put on the shipping label was incorrect and it got sent back to Sprint. LOVELY! I call back and they are saying I received the phone and it has been activated. I have since called UPS and confirmed it was never delivered and was being sent back to the shipper.

I recall telesales and talk to the supervisor, they are sending two return kits. Yea right, I'll believe that when I see it. Then now they need to transfer me to a 30-day exchange department so they can get my 6900 out. I just got dropped call from that department...

It's been never ending. Now I'm worried i'm going to have all these charges because these phones keep going in and out. I'm hoping I can speak to someone else to get my 6900 re-ordered. This is freakin rediculous!!!!!

yep, you will have all the charges until sprint unwinds them all, and admits,er, logs them in as received.

It's hard to be happy with fear in your heart. Sprint is notorious for charging you for items that have been rec'd back into their warehouse. Even giving them their own tracking number doesnt help. You would think that when they deliver something they'd be able to track it back and forth the same as we do.

Instead, we are subjected to all the bubbleheads that work there who do not know what they are doing.
