New Touch Broken :(

Just got my new Touch today and LCD is broken! There is a faint black mark in the middle of the screen and when you touch the LCD, the whole screen jiggles. I just got the phone today from UPS as a replacement for my mogul.

That sucks. Call Sprint and they'll file a damage claim with UPS and get you a new device.

I can't stand UPS. They have broken many things and left multiple packages with expensive items in them (left about 2k worth of computer parts one time) outside in the open...
