Touch for $250 without contract extension or dealing with Sprint

The package came directly from Sprint, and it appears that he has someone on the inside of Sprint sending out EPP replacement units to his ebay winners. So, whether this is a refurb unit or not, I'm not sure. It would assume that they don't have any refurb units of the Touch yet to send out, but I'd love to find out a way to see if this is a refurb. There are no indications to say that it is a refurb.

The packing slip shows that mine shipped on 11/28, which was 5 business days (within his allotted time on his ebay description).

Can we assume you had no problem activating this phone?
