Sprint Music player application doesn't see my music

When trying to use the Sprint music player application to play my music, I select "All My Music" and it tells me "no music found". My music is on the SD card in a folder called My Music and is recognized by WMP -- how to get Sprint music player to see it? Thanks.

If you are using a 4gb microSD card the sprint music player does not recognize this size only 2gb and below.

Mine didn't either, until I clicked on "update library" in Windows Media menu.

I recently purchased a 4gb Micro SDHC card. I installed it and it seemed to work fine. As soon as I read this post I tried to access the Sprint Music Store and guess what? It doesn't read the card!

Is there a fix for this? I hate to think I wasted the money for the 4 gb card

Sorry but your post doesn't address my issue. I was responding to the post saying that the Sprint Music Store doesn't work with the 4 gb card.

It's not an issue of not recognizing existing songs, I can't even download "new" songs from the Sprint Music Store since I put in the 4gb SD card. I get an error that says "Unable to read memory card"

My memory card works for other files including photos and video and the 512mb card that comes with the Touch works for the Music Store.

Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there a fix?

Anybody else have information regarding the Sprint Music Store not working with a 4gb memory card?
