Touch stuck at Windows screen

anyone know how to do a hard reset or a way around this?

Phone fired up but stuck at Windows Mobile screen

Wont go past it

Did u try a soft reset? (e.g. sticking the stylus tip into the hole on the bottom right)

i had that happen too on my mogul
hold down red and green button, and insert stylus into hole on the bottom of phone
that'll hard reset the phone

Taken for the Touch Manual.

Soft reset =
Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of your device. The device restarts, and then displays the Today screen

Hard reset =
1. Press and hold the Talk Key and End Key, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.

2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until you see the following message on the screen:
This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press Action to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.

3. Release the Talk Key and End Key, and then press the ENTER button on your device.
