There's been talk about SPB Pocket Plus 4 being a cause, but I've also seen reports where the user never had PP 4 installed. I think it's most likely related to the HTC stuff that's always running in the background like the cube, TouchFlo, and HTC task manager - but that's just my intuition. I don't know what else it could be.

I had TouchFlo, Cube and Task manager all disabled, installed SPB Pocket Plus 4 and had the problem (with NO features enabled), then removed SPB and have not seen it since (couple days).
