WeatherPanel:Is this free

Is this free. I have seen the trial version, but am seeing authorization downloads.

there's a fee for it.... like $13 US I think.

The original poster asked about WeatherPanel, and as an alternative you basically linked to a theme FOR WeatherPanel.

Anyway...

WP used to be a paid application, however, the developer disappeared and the trial version never stopped working. Then, not too long ago, their server went down so WP stopped being able to authorize.

If you search the Software forum you will be able to find a CAB modified by storyr which will give the app for free since it now authenticates via his server.

EDIT: Don't forget to look at the FAQs sticky, many Weatherpanel links there too.

Thanks Guys. I saw all those cab just needed someone to explain in plain english what was going on. Is there a way to replace weather panel for the touch weather so when i click on the weather button on my home screen weather panel comes up

Unfortunately, no.

I just turned off the weather on HTC Home so that I don't have using my precious battery for the same function.
