caller id with name with incoming calls

When some phones this should be a caller id with the number like name ..
the number is in the contacts list but when the phone call comes in only the number shows...any ideas of settings on the phone or if this feature is even there...thanks

Make sure you don't have the number programmed in with the "1" in front or any pauses or extentions.

thanks for the reply...all the numbers dont have a 1 or pauses.
the numbers only have area code and number...thanks

ever since i installed zoomkeyboard i inly grt the name and thats it..no number at all
