Touch MSL

I was playing around and found out the GetSPC program from the Mogul forum can be used to get your MSL for the HTC Touch. I didnt find this posted yet. So i thought i would pass the info along.

You can also use the registry edit logging method. That's what I used.

Try this link

this is where is got it from a while back.

http://rapidshare.com/files/44874437/GetSPC.zip.html

After downloading it. Make a folder on your PC Called GETSPC. unzip the file GetSPC.zip into it. copy the folder to your microSD card. the go to "settings/system/device info" on your Touch, find your ESN and write it down(Case Sensitive). Run GetSPC.exe from you storage Card. put your ESN# in the INPUT field. Press go. the Output is your MSL Code.

Wow! This is great. I was working on gearing myself up to calling Sprint and fighting to get it. This is SO much easier. Thank you.

If you don't know what it's for you probably don't need it Actually, it is used to unlock certain features of the phone to enable you to change them.

Hello,

I currently have two sprint phones. A HTC touch & a samsung M500.
Is it possible to program both of the phones to work with the same #?

I already have the MSL code for the HTC.

Thank you in advance for any help.

An easy way to get the MSL out of CS every time is to just say you think your phone is programmed wrong because its not working half the time and they give it up freely.
