uninstalling programs not need

any one know what files or programs i dont need as i want to free up some space.thanks

If it's programs that came with the phone, the only way to really get rid of them would be by reflashing the rom with one that only has the programs you want (not available yet for the touch afaik) If it's something you installed and you want to get rid of it, you can go to start - settings - system - remove programs
