what does the beam icon do
have been reading on how to make the battery last longer..they said to turn of the beam..do i need that for anything interenet , wi-fi etc.
and someone was saying they have Seido extended OEM battery  where do you buy those..thanks

Are you talking about the Touch, or the Mogul?
What they are referring to, I guess, is turning off the "receive incoming beams" which for the Mogul meant turning off the IR port. The other way to beam is through Bluetooth, but if you don't have Bluetooth on, then receiving beams by Bluetooth is off automatically. |

i was talking about the touch..so the beam only for IR....or do i need it for bluetooth ,wifi ..
if i need it for both i might as well just leave it on..i guess. thanks |
