Currently using the jabra bt800 with my MDA. works great but a tad bulky and im not to thrilled with the ear holder. I plan on switching to the Jabra BT8010 Bluetooth stereo headset.

def is bulkier than the smaller ones out there but for the called-id feature which IMHO is a must so i don't have to look in my pocket when someone calls, u can't beat it. i've tried the tekkeon bt with caller-id which fits better but broke.
