Plantronics 320 works good for calls purposes with the Mogul, and when I had the Moto Q also with Sprint I used to listen, with the same headset, to my Audio files through the WMP, Internet streaming and Sling Media Player.
Also calls and TXT MSG alerts I used to have them directed to the headset directly, without any hacks or tweaks, to the headset with the Moto Q but NOT with the Mogul
Also there is a lag between the time I accept the call from my headset and when I actually hear any thing in the headset.

Re: Official Bluetooth Headsets/Headphones Thread

I have the Plantronics that sprint sells (996 or something). It comes with car and home rechargers...vent hook holds the charger plug.

I don't like the flashing bright blue 'I'm available' light...it is almost blinding at night and I am sure other motorists thing I am a freak. Also didn't like the volume control/master button...I always hit volume up or down when I was trying to make a call.

I just got a Jawbone...one button talk...don't need to change the volume...it really ignores environment noise...with the plantronics I had to turn the engine and stereo off to make a voice activated call...with the Jawbone, I can leave the truck running AND stereo on...I only need to turn it down so I can hear the other person...not so they can hear me.

I don't like the Jawbone charger...already popped the end of the JB off once and had to superglue it back on...the fix is so far so good.

But despite that glaring error...the JB is better than the Plantronics for me.

Re: Official Bluetooth Headsets/Headphones Thread

Just purchased the Motorola S9 Stereo Headset (blue) from T-Mobile Corporate store for only $49. They sound great and feel comfortable. I was told by the sales rep that they have clearanced these out so that they can make room for the newer model which should be out soon. Couldn't pass up the deal and glad I picked them up. I'm in California so if your in the market for a pair I would recommend calling or visiting one of their location before they are all gone. I had to visit two different stores to get mine.

Cardo Scala 500
The volume is awful!
Strangely enough I used to have to lower it because it was too loud on my old Moto Q. In addition, I hear a strange swirling sound in the background that is also heard by whoever is on the other end of the call.

Re: Official Bluetooth Headsets/Headphones Thread

I have used both the Motorola H500 & the Motorola HT820 for some time now. They worked great with my X51v as well as my SCH-a990. With my HTC Touch/VX6900 they both work great as expected.

Plantronics Discovery 655. Solid performance, good sound. Worked with My Apache, and works just as good with my Touch.

My Cardo 800 doesnt suffer the same affliction. On my last normie phone (moto W385) I used to have to turn the volume all the way up on my moto 700 headset (R.I.P). My cardo 800 was perfect on that phone. On my touch the cardo is WAY TOO LOUD! I turn the volume down to 1 indoors, 2-3 outdoors. I would recommend it for someone HEARING IMPAIRED!

My only complaint is I'm a big guy so after wearing them for a while the ears may hurt, but the plastic is bending into shape.
That and there's blue lights on the two motorola logos that are about as annoying as the mogul's leds...

But best of all, you don't look like one of those show off jerks with a bug in his ear. I'm instead a degenerative teenager with headphones always around his neck.
I would also reccommend the HT820 stereo headset...I use them and they work incredibly well. They are very comfortable, have a great battery life, and work well with voice calls. Playing music through them is very clear and sounds terriffic. I have used them with a Motorola Q9c, Mogul, and Touch and they all worked great with it. Also, they can be used with a PC just as flawlessly. Motorola alos includes an adapter so they can be plugged into any standard headphone jack and be used that way as well.
