Funny, but true, my ringer is so loud on high it scares the crap out of people sometimes.

yes it scares me sometime also i just remember reading it somewhere here did the reg tweak for it. i am doing a bit of testing to see if there is a difference when i tweaked it in comparison to a OEM phone.

Hey Prime,

I don't know of a reg hack, but if you go to your \Windows directory and find the ringer named "Ring-Old Phone" you can use Total Commander or some other file manager to "unhide" that file. Then it will show up as a choice for your ringer and that dam thing is very loud!!

Dont do it. I followed a reg hack and changed the default from 67 to 74. Phone was only a week old and the volume lasted about 2 weeks, very small distortion and it died. Diaphram in the speaker **** itself. Luckily found a replacement on Ebay and its very easy to change.
