Is there an edit out there that can speed up the responce of the dialer? It seems that when you press the numbers they take 1-2 seconds to recognize.

The problem, as mentioned earlier is an audio delay. I like to have some feedback when I push a button, so I use the attached vibrate file. It has quick response, and still some feedback.

I got it from some where else on PPCGeeks. So thanks to who ever created it!

Install the cab, set the phone to short tones, and reboot. That should be all.

If you press the key really fast it won't have time to vibrate, but if you hold it for just a sec you will feel it vibrate.

For some reason, this is not working for me. Are there any settings I need to change in order to get the vibrating keypad to work?

iirc... you need to turn on "short tones" after you install it... should be the only change you need.

Is there a way to undo this vibrate hack and restore the tones to the phone keyboard?

Don't know if this was metioned yet:

WM6.1 has a conversation stlye for SMS "Text" messaging.
WM6.0 has a one sided view.

Create the following registry:

To have it have a one sided look (WM6.0):

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Setting s\OEM]
"SMSInboxThreadingDisabled"=dword:00000001

To have it have a one conversation stlye (WM6.1):

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Setting s\OEM]
"SMSInboxThreadingDisabled"=dword:00000000

////////// I DO HAVE THE SMSMESSAGE SENT HACK....... I am trying to do conversation style on a 6.0 phone created in right place but it doesn't work?????

TIPPPPSSSS???
Advice??
If I'm not mistaken, Winmo 6.0 is unable to have the threaded text messages, I could be wrong on that tho, but I'm pretty sure...

If the hack was acheived via .cab install, then simply go to remove programs, and remove said hack, but if you literally edited your registry, you'll need to revert said registry to the previous values, or back up all your data and do a hard reset.
