Has anyone gotten the promised Touch by eCare?

I'd like to thank everyone in this thread for all of your excellent advice. I had the courage to state my case to Sprint and not take no for an answer. At this time (after two emails to ecare) they have acknowledged that they will take my Mogul and send me a Touch as soon as I reply giving them the approval to do so.

I'm on the fence with tihs because I don't really want to give up my Mogul, other than the standard issues, there is nothing wrong with it. For instance, some complain that their Mogul has issues with the screen changing colors or flickering.

Mine only has the crappy BlueTooth and the retarded alarm issue (depending on the Rom installed).

However, the way i go through phones, i will probably be ready for something completely different by the time the supposed "fix" comes out for the Mogul in early 2008 anyway.

So I am almost ready to pull the trigger.

Is there anything else that I should consider?

Any advice would be appreciated!
