Does ANYONE have any software or any ways to backup these palm threaded messages? I really need this and can't find any way to do it

any help would be incredible..

Edit for more context: hoping for a way to take the palmmsgvol001 file and convert it into something that can either be used in cemail or viewed on the desktop as a txt csv or anything else.
