Talking Original HTC Icons BRNS
Here are the Original HTC icon BRNS. The icons also rotate when you spin the cube. Just use total commander to place the brns into the windows folder and change the links/paths also. Oh yeah, its still alittle buggy when you swipe the cube down. Doesn't slide down smooth. Can't figure out why? Hope someone can help. Also thanks dwehking for the brns.

New Sprint Touch Cube: Pearl


It's not really a "cube" - the icons slide across a fixed background:



This cube, when installed with the CAB, will replace the following cube links:
  • Sprint Music -> Window Media Player (wmplayer.exe)
  • Sprint TV -> Movie Album (HTCAlbum.exe)
  • On Demand -> Photo Album (HTCAlbum.exe)
  • Software Store-> Windows Live Search (LiveSearch.exe)
  • Instant Messaging -> SpbWallet (SpbWallet.exe) (that's what I use - just modify it to whatever you use)
Attached:
  • CAB installation file, including the above registry updates
  • .brn files
  • .png files, including blank icon backgrounds
  • a full icon set (.pngs), courtesy of www.MouseRunner.com (with some modifications) (downsize these to 72x72 for this cube)
PLEASE BACKUP YOUR TOUCH PRIOR TO INSTALLING!!!

Soon, I'll post a CAB to restore to Sprint cube back to the factory settings...

Looks incredible!! Just one question, where did you get the live search icon, I looked on his site and didn;t see it? I really want to use your cube but i need the Lock in the upper right hand corner to be a compass or a map of some sort. Do you know where I can find an icon that matches the set you made to replace the lock?

The CAB file will automatically install the .brn files to the \windows directory, plus update the registry as mentioned in the post. The .png's don't go anywhere - they're provided to help people customize if they wish...

hey storyr, did you ever make the Cab to restore the original sprint cube???


since they got all these 4,6 side cubes, I think I need the original one for it... even tho I feel the non-cube look of the "Pearl Cube"
