ok I'm having a problem copying the blank .brn files to /window. I'm using Total Commander and everytime I try, it says "can't copy or move files".


any suggestions?

What settings did you use in the reg. I have the same version that is not working from the cube replacing Sprint Music. Works fine from programs. Thanks

Hey Storyr, would you mind making a blank cube that transitions like the Pearl Cube? You've spoiled me so much I can't go back to the regular cube.

That's the best I can do. That's what the HTC Home Plugin points to when you choose Contacts for the Launcher.

Upon opening the shortcut on my PC, I found that the link points to: 21#:MSCONTACTS?outres.dll,-10000

So, it makes a call to the .dll, Something i don;t know how to do. I guess you could try copying that into a link.

Forget it. I stopped being lazy and actually tried making my own cube. It came out ok but I think I'm getting the hang of it. It's not too hard no that we have a few programs to help the process along but it is time consuming.

I may be late with this but I just figured out what files to change for the music to play with the new look of my cube. I'll change it later since it doesn't matter much to me. I don't play music on my phone much.

Hey storyr I think he was looking for the blank transition files similar to what is included on the Pearl cube - I too believe that those transitions rock.

Yes - that's what this is. These animations are blank (no icons), so that you can add any icons you'd like without worrying about the transitions.

Pearl does have icon-less "pearls" on the animations, but it's "themed" - meant to have only one style of icon. The blank cube, on the other hand, is completely blank so that anyone can add any shaped or sized icon...

Does that make any sense? :???:

Is there anywhere on here where the cube icons for the following have been posted. I have tried to make my own, but am not making much progress:

It makes sense....well at least it does to me. I thank you for the blank cube it will come in handy later. I'm still loving this pearl cube you made. I actually made some changes to it. I wanted it to look like actual button presses instead of inverted colors so I did that as well as made my own buttons since I use a few different programs than you.

I've also been meaning to ask you why were all your bitmaps backwards but when I made my own they had to be the right way?:scratch:

i just download the cube 2 my ppc 6800 by sprint but i know this sound bad but how do you upload it for u can start useding it.

Has anyone figured out how to launch directly to a folder yet? Do we have to go to a file explorer and add a -parameter? if so, what would it be? I tried creating a shortuct, but it says that the program is either unsigned, or not located where it says it is.. ugh, I wish you could just link directly to a folder.

Just figured it out.

Path= \Windows\fexplore.exe

Param= \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games

Takes me directly to the Games folder.

This might be a repost but I didnt see it anywhere.

Is there a way someone who isnt a hacker could change the 3 button side of the cube to a 6 button side? It seems it would be more useful that way if I could have two 6 button sides.

Otherwise I really like the improvements I have been able to make to my g/f's and my Touch/Vogues TouchFlo thing. I dont mind the basic grey background or the sprint icons on the animation, would just like to be able to add more buttons.

I have the original ROM on my Sprint Touch/Vogue(CDMA).
I tried to load ver 1.29 as the DL site stated it wasThe latest stable beta with support for the Sprint Touch.
But when I tried to load it, I get a message about "does not have sufficient system permission".
I read that I need to delete MediaHubMini.ink but I see that I have MediaHubMini.exe. I read that others are having problems deleting the exe file just like I am having problems deleting it or renaming it. I used Total Commander.
My questions are
1) what version should I use? 1.29 or 2.25 or ?
2) will it load to my Touch with the original rom?
3) do I need to delete files and which ones and HOW?
4) does the program work?

I read that someone deleted a file and their touch froze and could not hard reset.

I was able to loaded the 2.25 version.
It's working but in debug mode.
Very thing seems to be working fine in debug mode.
Everything is working except the modifying of Quickdials.
Maybe it's because the pictures are jpg file?
Otherwise this app is great.

I had loaded a cude interface the last night, decided not to use it (it was marked all you had to do was unintall the cab) after the install it's still there.
It's not bad though, it has alot of buttons, it doesn't have the 3 button side.
It has the speed dial and two pages of 12 buttons.
I am deffinately gonna be tweaking the reg to make it more my style.

**off topic** Somewhere on here, somebody had post a program to create custom dialers, anybody know which thread that is in?

I just tried to use the program again and now I am getting an error message "This beta has expired - please download a new copy from www.fatattitude.com.
I re-downloaded the 2.25 version but it still gives me the same error. I don't see a new version. Anyone have a solution?

anyone have verizon's touch? i noticed they really screwed up on their cube. the graphics are horrible, the gradient isn't smooth at all. almost thought this was an issue w/ the display or cube program until i flashed another rom.

what the heck was verizon thinking? didn't they QA any of that? i couldn't send out a web site at my job with poor image quality on things... wow. way to go!

edit: restored my cube... but still HATE the ugly gradient in verizon's cube...can't seem to change to original blue htc graphics for whatever reason....

I went to freewarepocketpc.net and it told me to delete that portion of the cube, then they told me to downloads this touch settings crap, but it doesn't seem to work.... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! As you all can tell I'm a noob at this!

I have a Sprint 6900 that was flashed to Metro PCS. The cube still functions for Sprint applications, how can I modify existing cube??????

up to date Touch Settings file attached....also. if you'll look above in the 'sticky' section, there is a file there, called the cube configuration tool. :)
