First off thanks for the GANT, it stomps.

someone asked earlier if there is BRN viewer out there anywhere we can download for the PC? I'd like to know which one is which without having to install it to find out....

.brn files can't be viewed directly, but there's a utility _brn2bmp.exe that will convert them back to .bmp's. You can find it here, inside the first attachment. Just drop a .brn file onto it and it will create a .bmp...

Thanks for this and all your masterful cube posts. Great stuff! Might you (or some other helpful person) know the Path string data value for making a cube button link to the Today Screen? (And, is any Param needed?) TIA, MrG

You're welcome! Interesting question. If I understand correctly, then I'd say there's no need for a link to the Today screen - the built-in action "swipe down" closes the cube and takes you back to the Today screen...

If you are still getting the error using Total Commander, reset your device and then retry without opening the Cube.
I see, so I have to copy the files to my storage card first to get then onto the device, then paste them over the existing files in the windows directory(after backing them up)?

Edit: Yep that did it... U guys ROCK!

lucky you! can you copy the keys in your HTCAlbum registry folder here?

Edit: Nevermind, I renamed my "My Pictures" directory on the device to _My Pictures and all pics on the device showed up. Even the album covers from Media Player.

sorry forgot to ask, Has anyone made an icon for Live Search? I would be indebted for life if there was someone who could do this. Thanks!
