Nope, not a lot of work at all. Only the right stuff next to the clock I need to translate. How would you translate/shorten "Phone"? I presume sms and mail are the same in English? Date is in the language of your ROM, so no problems for that.
The rest is UL with plugins. So no language issues there.

In April I'll make a new page with all the files for it on my website. It'll be in WWE then.

To be honest, I'd just leave it as "tel"... as phone is actually shortened from telephone =D
