That huge weather layout is Weatherpanel and the PhatPhingerz theme. Check the FAQs sticky on this forum for links.

i have them but they dont look anything like that.

How did you get the background to show the whole picture everything is tranparent thats what i want todo?

Just to be sure, you do know that you need to have phoneAlarm to install that theme right? PhatPhinger G.A.N.T. is only for phoneAlarm.

Download the HTC customizer... It has transparency options.

Storyr, how did you get spb Mobile shell unpinned from the top of the today screen. The Today items menu will not give me that option. or is that spb pocket plus?

It's a Registry edit:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Today>Items

Change the value of 'Type' to 4 to make it moveable.

As I mentioned in my post, it's Pocket Plus 4.0. Regardless, Musicman247's registry edit below should allow you to move Mobile Shell...

I saw another vid on youtube from the same user iamdash19t19 showing the touch with an iphone theme as well as htc home customizer. i assume that you are the same user so i was wondering which iphone theme you used?

- Pocket Breeze ver 5.3 (with Tabs hidden)

What version of HTC plus is that

as far as i know, there are 2 versions of HTC Plus; the original and one hacked to work on the Kaiser and Trinity. i'm using the hacked version. it's available on the xda-developer.com website. go to the Kaiser forum, look for a thread titled "Post your today screen" and search that thread for HTC Plus. there should be links for the hacked version on one or more pages...

You can also use SK Tools to do that without manually doing a regedit.

Nothing fancy... I wish Spb Shell or Pocket Plus 4 didn't give me any issues, but I'm doing ok with this simple layout.

I think I might have to incorporate the HTC plus plugin posted by cortez. Just to change the look of the today screen for a while.

I used the download on the first page to save screenshots to my computer but they are too big to transfer here. What do I need to do to make the file size smaller?

It's the Son of Commuter 240-QVGA Theme with the SPIL icons. Apparently storyr(he does great work as you know) updated WP to include the date/time of when the last update was for WP.
I was able to move the Mobile Shell without doing a regedit on my own. I used SK Tools to unpin it and it was quite easy.

Now, with modified G.A.N.T. cube to match the overall theme:
