Tethering A Touch

Guys I tried this. I get a prompt to install RNDIS hardware. I insert the Sprint CD that came with my Touch but it says install unsuccessful. The I.S. sharing connects but when I connect my Touch via USB nothing happens. I reset my Touch and same thing... Any suggestions?

You need activesync installed as it installs the needed Drivers, download A.S from M.S. or just google and find it, unless you're using Vista .
