EPST - DIAG in cooked ROMS

Seems like most rom's that I am trying out on my Vogue do not have EPST (##778#) or DIAG (##3424#) working. What do I have to do to get this working?

Try no2Chem Advanced Settings... It's what I use in my ROM's and it seems to work.

Install this cab and it will give you a folder with the ## code shortcuts.
