SPB 3 skins?

I searched google and xda. I couldn't locate any threads regarding how to add skins/widgets to my phone? I know you guys are tired of me asking me question about my phone.

Check mobilecustom.fr its in french, but you can translate the page. It has a lot of really good themes for MS3.0 and 3.5.
