official rom and vogue is not in Ukraine - but i have official sprint and bell - they a work . I update radio from 3.42.50-OK.All function is worked

without official ROM its gonna be hard to solve this problem.Try that dialer.Its made in st.Petersburg.Thats why they made that option to change dialing rules.

Last Hope if no i return to 23081. If 2-3 days wait and you updated ROM. NFS last is not stabillity-always HR himself. NAG ROM- very long and heavy set a weather-ather not bad.what should I do next?

I delete this rom(in this rom work the voicerecord-vito, anything rom like nag,nfs or you voicerecord is not work)and update 0.14 from NAG-trying to testing. Thanks all to help me,good luck.
