Favorite 6.5 ROM

I just downloaded the latest NFSFAN ROM(V1.0), it is the 1st custom ROM I've used and I really like it, huge difference going from using 6.1. So, what is your favorite custom 6.5 ROM?

Which would you say is his best? I like the Manilla layout much better than Titanium.

I would think the Titanium one might be a little faster. I've heard good things about the Manila . I do like the Manila layout better. The thing is , Manila was actually designed for 6.1. That's why I use it! lol You could always try both.

Second motion for Vin's V4 SYS.

You can always turn Manila on or off. The Titanium is the Default for 6.5 and Manila (TouchFlo) is a "plug-in" that runs off the base titanium that is now 6.5.

Props to latest Vin. Longest running ROM on my phone to date

I've tried the latest NFSFAN rom. Didn't touch me like his OLDER builds did (v12). Vin's builds are of a different style. Nag does the latest! I'm just more of the plain and simple user. Going back to 6.1 with with a custom htc home screen and phonex just works.

NSFAN's ROMs are pretty stable, I used to use his. But he only makes 6.5(.0?) roms, for now.

6.5.3 is much, much better, I love it!. They made everything a lot more finger friendly. The new HTC EzInput 2.1 also helps a lot. The prediction is iPhone-grade. Putting all the buttons at the bottom in 6.5.3 is a ton better. Combine that with the Mega GSM Dialer and eNative Showcase (in the NagROM Programs package), and 6.5.3 is verrrry slick.

VIN's ROMs are pretty good, I'm currently using his WM 6.5.3 23506 v4. I liked the 23504 Manila better. Some glitches in Manila in 23506. VIN's roms are also slow compared to NSFAN or NagROM, but they're still fast compared to the stock WinMobile.

NagROM makes a VERY fast ROM. It's a TON faster than VIN. It's also bare minimal, no apps are included. This means you have to do a lot of app installation to get it the way you want it. I also found I had some issues because of this bare minimalism. I couldn't get Google Maps to load on his latest ROM. I had to ditch it. It still ran just as fast after I installed stuff.

I may go back to NagROM. I miss the blazing fast speed, faster than NSFANs ROM as I remember it.

i actually perfer vin's rom.
i use his sys v4. earlier i was using his v7, but i didn't like that, (no titanium)

nfsfan's rom... very fast. very stable, very nice. like it, comes with ton of apps.

tried cooking my own...forgot many big things and got spoiled with all the other people's roms. so... currently win 6.5 vins sys v4

The only complaint I would have with NFSFAN's V1.0 is the battery life, what are some of the ROMs that have better battery?
