initflash.dat is found here BuildOS\Kitchens\Generic_OEM\OEM_Lang_0409

.lnk files can be found in SYS_23XXX_Common\shell, SYS_23XXX_Common\base, SYS_23XXX_Common\OS , u can just extract the common and do a search for .lnk, there is one not to delete tho welcome.lnk

Vogue xip 23004 attached, will upload common soon, prolly no need to upload 96dpi as there are none at the moment so just use SYS_23001_96DPI_0409
