It didn't give a specific error number. i put in a different username and it worked fine. Not sure what was going on. I'm debating on going back to 6.1. Wish I knew how to deconstruct a rom and change some things up. Not having any luck trying to do my own rom.

Some roms are locked.
If they are locked, there's a bit more steps involved in "deconstructing" one

Da_G has a 21806 build but it is really buggy so until he sorts those bugs out he wont release it

do you want some help to make your own rom? i can help to get it setup so you can have a clean rom, and tell you how to add packages and stuff, but bugs and stuff ill try but there are others that are prolly better at that

Do you know if timebomb disabled?How it can be checked?Conflipper usually take care of that,so I never thought of doing it by myself...

vin no timebomb as 21234 was rtm, emulater available here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...a-ae010e085a6e ill show you how to dump this in a bit later got visitors.

once you have installed the emulater navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Mobile 6 SDK\PocketPC\DeviceemulationV650\0409 rename this PPC_USA_GSM_VR.BIN to os.BIN then drag and drop os.BIN on to GN.exe this file attached as GN.rar

you will need to add the dpi files from a previous build, removed _skip files, read only attribute, added .rom, dummy sqm, and wincenls
