No we are using the VGA and QVGA WWE files since the other resources are from another lang. The core of 21501 and 21500 are used but the english resources are used from the older build. You should make a WM6.5_96DPI_QVGA_21501_0409.txt with these lines inside it for QVGA:
BuildID=Drellisdee_21501
CheckForFeature=QVGA
ModuleDir=[KitchenPath]SYS_21501_Common[Archive]
ModuleDir=[KitchenPath]SYS_21202_96DPI_0409[Archive]

Looks like 21501 has been loaded as an official download for the kitchen, isn't appearing in updater yet but expect it won't be far away.

try this

open notepad add this

GroupConfigVersion=.90.01
BuildID=Drellisdee_21501
CheckForFeature=QVGA
ModuleDir=[KitchenPath]SYS_21501_Common[Archive]
ModuleDir=[KitchenPath]SYS_21202_96DPI_0409[Archive]

save as a textfile WM6.5_96DPI_QVGA_21501_0409

C:\Program Files\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\Projects\Groups\Build Bases

and check out the post by drellisdee at the top of this page
