thats crazy...if you installed dcd cab and arcsoft and it didnt helped,try to:

install advanced config tool (cab attached)
and use it to load provxml (attached) (run adv.config,tap menu,select import provis.doc.,and select my attached file)

sorry.VZW is @#%.may be easier to flash different ROM.Shadow rom made for vzw,I think.NFSFANs ROMs is half-generic....I dont know what to recommend.
the best solution is to download ppck and start cooking.we have great people here to help you cook your own,just like I did.99% of my knowledge about ppc is from this website.

Its too much trouble for you,guys.I will upload VZW ROM with latest arcsoft MMS 5 (its pulled from alltell though) and that advanced config tool will be in "utilities" folder just in case if somebody want to play with cashes.
Flashing righnow to check major functions.
Link will be in this post in a few min.It should work now because in vzw_dcd. cab few exes and provxmls was removed for some reason...

ups,forgot to edit provxml104 for battery icon instead of clocks.1 more try

Ok.battery icon is there,VZW all settings and files is there,arcsoft is there,VWZ GPS settings should be there too.

vin,

i like the old curtain dialer more. i do notice with this version and the other version that when i scroll through my contacts that all of them get scrambled from one landing on top of the other. The curtain dialer was just in case my cheek would turn off the phone.

You need to kill cprog.exe with task manager before installation.
Scrolling from call history/contacts issue related to all wm6.5+opal dialers on QVGA devices.And only opal dialers showing BT icon in the taskbar.Im pretty sure that new 21215 and 21502 will have the same issue.We will see.

battery life still piss poor but i love the 4 row icon. much more use of space.

lol.I hope 21215 will be better.Otherwise we gonna have to buy extended battery for $15 on ebay.I think 500+ modules is too heavy for vogue.I dont know why ppck sticking with 500+.the higher build number doesnt mean that the drivers are better.
custom task bar reducing battery life to 10-20 min less,the rest is wm65 fault lol
try to set backlight to medium

It works now. I Just re-did everything and it works now. Thanks for the help though.
