Its fast and stable.Link to Stock and custom taskbar in first page.
Battery twice worse then stock ROM,which I used for 1 day only.
Dialers can be installed just like any other applications, but you have to kill cprog.exe with task manager to install it properly.
I set backlight to medium, seems like it helps to prolong 1100mah battery.
I posted this battery problem in wm65 development thread,...not much help thereiamond have 1340 mah,Mogul 1400 or 1500,so they are doing much better with the same setup...

This will be updated as I discover more.

This has all been done using the clean rom as I had many issues with the other.

What worked on a fresh flash
1. Voice
2. Data
3. SMS
4. All hardware

GPS
1. This is assuming you have already done the agps hack
2. Dial *228 and choose option 1
3. Soft reset the phone
4. Open your favorite gps app and you should have a lock within 30 seconds.
(if that does not work make sure you have location on in the phone settings. Also make sure that under gps settings you have the baud rate set to 4800 and the com port set to 4)
If it still does not work check the following reg settings
[HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL GPS]
\EnableAGPS = 1
\EnableSmartMode = 1
\GPSMode = 4 (should also work as 2)
\NumberFixes = 999999999
\QoSAccuracy = 50
\QoSPerformance = 89
\ServerIP = 195.207.101.126
\ServerPort = 7788
\timeBetweenFixes = 1

MMS
1. Go to connection settings and select "Manage existing connections"
2. edit the only connection there
3. Name it whatever you want ie "vzw"
4. hit next and enter #777 as the number
5. hit next and put "your10digitnumber@vzw3g.com" and "vzw" as the password
6. hit finish
7. install the attached arcsoft cab
8. do a soft reset.
9. open phmregedit in the start menu
10. navigate to HKLM\Software\Arcsoft\ArcsoftMMS UA\Config\mm1\WspHeader\X-VzW-MDN and put your 10 digit phone number for the value
11. wait a min or two and do a soft reset
12. go into messaging select menu and then mms options
13. select the server tab
14. select verizon wireless and change connect via to "the internet", the other settings should be correct.
15. wait a few min and perform a soft reset once more
16. now mms should work!!!

Still to come
1. Exchange Issues
2. Anything Else?

If you have any questions just ask.
I did everything as stated, twice now with a hard reset in between. But the key-value-data "X-VzW-MDN" never appears after the cab install and the soft reset. So should I create it, if so, in what fashion? I have also done a search for that key-value-data entry and it isn't anywhere in the registry.

I'm not looking for another ROM, I came to this page through NSFAN's install instructions for 6.5 v8. Is there no other way? Can't I just add the key-value-whatever manually?

Can you please tell me what the difference is exactly between the two VZW ROMs you have up? I'm just not clear on the differece between 21215 and 21501 I've been using your generic ROM and its very stable but for some reason I cannot get the MMS to configured correctly. Had the same issue with NFSFAN's ROM.

Also, I have a cab to add the honey comb though I uninstalled it because I prefer the larger icons. Is there a cab to install the larger icons for those of us who rather not have the honey comb?

Very simple. That dcd cab is not completed.Few more files must be there. The carriers OEM in the kitchen got everything original, but I have to modify those files prior cooking.
People, who made dcd cab decided to delete them, not to modify them.Otherwise the phone will freeze.
So I had to cook ROM for VZW.Only veryzon got some extra exes and 5 provxmls.Others only 2 lol

The difference between 21215 and 21501 is that sys made by 2 developing groups(its like official competition)
Performance pretty much the same, but seem like IE and activex works little better in 21215

Re: 04/25/09.Generic & VZW ROM for vogue WM6.5 Build 21501&21215

I tried both and 21215 is the clear winner. It worked perfect right from flashing and after installing the 3 column honey comb cab its exactly what I wanted. MMS is perfect too.

One thing I noticed is that from the home key I cannot click on the text option to open the message. I have to either hit reply on the bottom right or hit Start/Messaging to access my texts. This is minor but I'm sure you want to know for future builds.

Looking forward to your next build. Thanks a million. Its so hard to find chefs who will take the extra steps to accommodate us VZW users since VZW is just a pain in @$$
