i can not get gps or mms to work at all...any tips?

Yahoo, GMail and texts are both rock solid - just Outlook via activesync wont sync past the first initial device setup

System specs - Windows7, WMDC 6.1.6965
No issues with 6.1 ROMs (custom or stock), Sprint user

Still looking for issues and resolutions and will update when I find them

I could not install the cab. After I reinstalled 6.5 it worked for several emails but then the errors started. So we are having the same issues.
Aside from that, bluetooth worked well on my drive home with my plantronics. the icon displayed and no issues

Also sprint Touch, like you 6.1 worked like a charm.

If you are talking about making a generic ROM,I posted this question 2 weeks ago and no answears (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...=46528&page=15)
If your carrier is sprint everything should work.

I am having issues with GPS as well, regardless of settings of "let windows manage" or setting it to COM4/4800 it just attempts forever without finding sats and here in Las Vegas Im usually good for 6 to 11 locks easy in 6.1

still looking into that but that will wait until tomorrow

I just tested telenav,It locked my location within 2 seconds.Im in Indiana rightnow and here is a really bad reception.

Does anyone see their bluetooth icon when its enabled? I dont see it if i enable bluetooth. I can only tell its on in the settings.

OK, this thing is working pretty well now - I'm on Verizon - used combination of reg edits & QPST to get GPS working with Google Maps & Live Search - not quite sure which settings made the magic happen, but all seems nice and fast, even inside.

Has anyone been able to assign a long press shortcut to the "end" key? I'd love to be able to quickly get to vibrate or lock somehow - otherwise, the only thing I really miss is the direct contacts dialer in Touch Flo. there are a few annoying things, like always having to return to the Today screen whenever you make a settings change (others have mentioned this) - IE seems slow, and seems to jam up on sites like ESPN where there is a lot of multimedia content - Oh, and I do see the bluetooth icon when turned on -
I really have to thank everyone who contributed to this ROM - can't wait for future updates and tweaks - as someone pretty new to all this, I'm truly amazed by the talent and persistence you all have

This ROM looks great..works very well...no GPS or MMs problems...Only major problem was Huge Power consumption...Battery went from 90% to dead in 4 hours...any ideas??

PS...all Nav/data connections/bluetooth were disabled b4 power drain.

Maybe it's just me?
