Push worked for 3 emails before it started to error out. All three SMS functions seem to be working as well.

Had the same issue you had with the rights, tried to kill out any running apps (poutlook, etc) that may have been preventing the install, but still the same issue about rights - what did you do to get the cab to install?

Yahoo, GMail and texts are both rock solid - just Outlook via activesync wont sync past the first initial device setup

System specs - Windows7, WMDC 6.1.6965
No issues with 6.1 ROMs (custom or stock), Sprint user

Still looking for issues and resolutions and will update when I find them

I could not install the cab. After I reinstalled 6.5 it worked for several emails but then the errors started. So we are having the same issues.
Aside from that, bluetooth worked well on my drive home with my plantronics. the icon displayed and no issues

Also sprint Touch, like you 6.1 worked like a charm.
