Arcsoft MMS 5 is in Bell ROM,I think if you flash Bell ROM and install dcd cab everything will work for Verizon
Also you gonna need to change regs for aGPS (ALL TELL settings)

Can you try it to see if MMS,Data and aGPS will work for VZW?
If there will be an issues,I will cook 1 more ROM for Verizon...
Im using tethering at this time for uploading and its sucks in my area lol
