hard reset fixed previous issue.

You have to edit the registry. Navigate to HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila2D\Internet Widget\Customized\0 - edit the information under 0 (thats customized icon, customized title, and customized url), for example, I always put YouTube tab back on the internet tab so that will be

Customized Icon - \Windows\HH_INTERNET_YOUTUBE.png
Customized Title - YouTube
