grrr ... I reset my PC over last weekend ... what are environment requirements for BuildOS ... dot net, vc++ redistributable ?

i see that this is a new (if not newest) version. but i see no "download" link or anything like that. i think i have a version of helmi's kitchen from 07.. and its not quite so good, still many bugs. if i could get a pointer to where to go or even easier just a link to where to go i would be oh so glad, thank you.

im havinh issues with the install...it says its missing apace txt files and a whole lot more.i ran the upgrade and its still missing files.idk.does anybody know if theres a patch or something.
