I had that problem on my first 20931 build but after running PPST in the Windows folder it seems to find a lock finally. Not sure if that helps any.

i think i bricked my phone...i loaded 2 different roms on it and it gets to the second loading screen(splash screen)and does nothing.i followed all instructions to the letter.wtf...can anybody please help me.

Shows a splash screen? Can fash roms? Doesn't sound like a brick at all (which, well, does nothing - like a brick).

Build a minimal rom (nothing selected), and verify it boots. Then start adding stuff.

I keep getting a error when installing Kitchen on my computer. I just installed XP onto my Computer after having Vista. everything worked fine on Vista. Any Help

PPC-BuildOS.Exe Application Error
The Application Failed to Initialize Properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to Terminate the Application ..... help plz

install .Net 2.0SP1 or later.

i just had the exact same problem, froze at the 2nd splash... tried everything, cant reflash cause its not recognizing the usb connection i guess... any help would be greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance!

Try a different USB cable or use the adapter that came with the phone, that should get your PPC & PC talking again.
