Verizon - Official WM 6.1 Update

First I am not a total noob. I have flashed my AT&T 3125 & 8525, Dell Axim, & Tilt.

I was forced to switch to Verizon for work purposes which I hate but its what I am stuck with. My goal is to only carry one device. I just received my VW Vogue yester day & it still has WM6 installed.

I have done a lot of reading about how to unlock the GPS on XDA Developers, ppchaven, & here to. I want the simplest process.

If I flash this rom & let the customizations run. Then install the Valhalla Legends GPSServer.cab I should in theory be able to use the GPS with TomTom.

RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.77_Ship.ex eexe is the Rom referenced in this post. Can someone explain what the difference is between this one & RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.78_Ship. Is it just the radio?
